And it seemed to have a seriously enhanced color vibrance, so toss some natural vision in there too.Nothing I've found seems to combine all those together. Then on top of all that, I think I'd need some kind of NTSC filter for color-blending like in Chrono Trigger, right? Is that the same thing that would recreate the transparent waterfall effects in Sonic?Do I sound like I'm on the right track there?I'm probably entering into dangerous ground here but would it really be as simple as opening/creating a glslp file, and adding the different shaders listed in the different glslp files I like.into one preset? Then I think I need to better understand how these interact with the native resolution I choose(I play exclusively 2d stuff like Megaman X1-6, with snes9x and espxe, so this is a pretty clutch part. A glossary could be handy :SAfter trying various ones out in an attempt to recreate the TV I had at home as a kid(ancient trinitron, like late 70s early 80s model), I have to admit, I rather like different aspects of each and feel like they would need to be combined.IE I need some of this bloom/glow(glow/lanczos or glow/gauss, or phosphor/phosphorlut?), some blur(I think gauss?) but the "scanlines" I had as a kid were definitely grid/grill based(close to yee64, royale or lottes). And I'm a little lost on some of the nomenclature so I'm sorry if I'm mangling some of what I'm trying to describe. Mind if I ask a few general followups? It feels like a lot to learn and I'm having to learn it by piecing it together backwards. Been poking at those shaders for some time now. I have about 70 tabs open right now and they all go to random forums that give half-answers in a conversational format and none of them are quite what I'm after. Sorry to talk your ear off, just not even sure where to start for guidance. And how that interacts with my monitor(1680x1050, 16x10 awkward I know), and how that interacts with integer scaling and 8:7 v 4:3.I feel kind of stupid now honestly.
